Recent ISTAT figures from 2013 indicated 46% of wines from Veneto are produced according to EU DOP Quality standards. The region produces 41 DOP wines including 14 DOCG and 27 DOC wines. They also produce 14 IGP wines accounting for 42.2% of production. Table wines account for 9.9% of output.
